To enable MS SQL Server Native ODBC extension you must install Microsoft ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server.
The following operating systems are recommended:
Windows Server 2012
Windows Server 2008 R2
Windows 7 SP1
Windows Vista SP2
Below you will find the step-by-step to install Microsoft ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server and connect to Scriptcase.
After downloading the file, run the installer and follow the steps below:
Accept the license agreement and click 'Next'.
In this part, select the option "Client Components".
Note: Select the option "ODBC Driver for SQL Server SDK", once the components that we will need are also in this option.
Click 'Install' to begin the client installation.
The program features you selected are being installed.
Click 'Finish' to exit.
Now we’ll access Scriptcase from Scriptcase from the browser and create a connection with MSSQL Server ODBC.
Step 1: Access your Scriptcase, for example, http://localhost:8081/scriptcase/ on the toolbar go to the marked icon in the image below, referring to “New Connection”.
Step 2: After clicking “New Connection”, the page for creating connections will appear, click on the MSSQL Server image.
Step 3: On the following image, place the required information:

Step 4: Always test your connection before saving, if the message “Connection Success” appears, then save the connection. If it fails to connect, revise the fields that were informed, especially Username, Password, Database and Server/Host.
