why you advise people to contact Customer Support ?

This forum is for everybody and other people would like to benefit from getting answers.
In many cases the user problem is due to the bugs in SC and many people hesitate to pay extra $$ for customer support just to contact Net Make to get the bugs fixed! This isn't really friendly policy and turns many people off

            Hello Arthur,

Not all of our customers are aware that there is a tech support. So my job is to make sure that our customers knows that they can contact our support team for any SC questions.

Also notice that you don't have to pay anything to get bugs fixed. You can contact us through bugs@scriptcase.net or through: http://www.scriptcase.net/forum/foru...ay.php?20-Bugs

            regards,
            Bernhard Bernsmann
