    It wouldn't be so bad if the trial license allowed you to do everything the full license did, but I can't import my existing project that I moved from my old computer before I installed SC on my new laptop.

      Well still no answer.

      Netmake really needs to figure out a better way to handle this.

      I have lots of work I need to get done, and at this point, I can't get any of it done.

        If you need to work on existing applications you are stuck. If you can work on some new applications you can still use the trail version....

          This is an existing application that I am working on.

          I exported it from my old desktop, then uninstalled SC from my old desktop, so I could install on my new laptop.

          Seems like uninstalling the product should really free up the license but I guess it doesn't.

          I hope they figure a better way in V5 to handle this, as this is very frustrating.

            Hopefully after releasing V5 they will free some resources for support and administration tasks. By the way, last week I didn't experience any problems in contacting support by chat. I had a few chat sessons with them, response was a bit slow but there was response!

              Each time I've tried chat it says they're either not available or that they are available, but then it times out, so I have to leave an email message, which I have done a few times.

              It can't take them more than 30 seconds to reset the license, so it shouldn't matter how busy they are, I am a paying customer, and really need this to work.

                I have put in another Ticket on this, as it looks like my other ticket has disappeared or something. At least the Netmake system couldn't find it.

                I know it's Sunday PM there, so hopefully someone with find it and reset it for me.

                  I'm also working on an existing project.. and now I'm stuck coz I can't generate source codes...

                  Yea, hopefully Netmake will work on this as soon as possible..

                  To all Netmake Administrators: PLease reset our license keys right away... We don't have much time to wait ...
                  I've been waiting to reset my keys for almost 2 WEEKS now!!! Don't wait till a lot of users will have this same problem...,

                    I still haven't heard anything from Carlos or NetMake, so I'm still stuck.
                    It's almost 9am there, so hopefully someone will be reading emails, tickets, etc.
