    Hello guys,

I will contact our team regarding this issue.

I recommend to anyone facing issues to update to do a manual update instead.

          Version 7.01.0010

Updates still down. Internet and firewall verified. Same conditions used in previous updates.

This is still and issue as of this last update:

                Search for Available Updates

                Analyzing system files...
                prod/third/wkhtmltopdf/linux-i386

It gets stuck on the above file and then returns the familiar: Done. The requested service is inaccessible. It might be temporarily down. Verify your Internet connection."

I am using a MAC with the latest OSX updates.

Any word on when we will be able to update online again?

                    I am on .12
Trying to run today's update the search stops here:

                    Search for Available Updates
                    Analyzing system files...
                    examples/systems/onlineshop/sql
                    then fails with

                    Search for Available Updates
                    Analyzing system files...
                    Done.

                      Quick update:

I managed to update to .13 after several failed attempts. It all seems to be a matter of "hit or miss" or maybe perseverance...

Updates have been failing for me for days. Tried turning off Windows firewall. No luck.

How do I manually upgrade the Windows version? This doc looks out of date -- didn't want to screw anything up:

                        Thanks!

I paid for a support ticket in order to get this resolved. I'll save you some money and give you their reply here:

Try a manual update, follow the steps:
                            1 - Get the download page ScriptCase - http://www.scriptcase.net/download-scriptcase/
2 - Download the zip "ScriptCase V7 ZIP"
3 - Then extract the folder in the same directory ScriptCase folder.

                            Example: /opt/NetMake/v7/wwwroot/scriptcase.
Of course, he didn't answer my question as to why I have to manually update every time... especially when Microsoft, Adobe, Corel, and a hundred other programs seem to be downloading updates with no problem. Frustrating.

Hello. I am having this problem but as Ian said it was running OK and now I have this message. I am working on a MAC server with apache. I have an AVG antivirus, have already set the realtime protection to off but the error persists. I have tried it several times, several days and the problem persists. I really want to check the updates, because as far as I have seen, the MAC version is a little bit behind the Windows one.

                              Regards.
