I need someone with scriptcase to answer my ticket "View Ticket: #IKH-822-50019". Or just release my licence so I can move sciptcase to a different server. It's been several day nows and no answer.
If you move your sc to another server, you simply don't need SC but you can do it yourself. Go to your account on scriptcase.net where you registered your licence. There you can request by the push on a button for a new install and give as reason that you moved it to another server. Then your licence is reset and you can register SC on your new installation.
Oh and I forgot to ask. Is the licence tied to the IP address of the server or the mac or both.
I use Google Cloud VM service and often terminate the machine but keep the disk. And 2 or 3 days latter I'll fire up a machine and attach the disk with all the software on it. I do have a static IP address I apply every time but on the second time I did this scriptcase quit working.
