    Hello,

    I tried to find a link for buying support.. could not find it.
    I mailed to sales@scriptcase.net on 20.02.2012 .. no response at all.

    Netmake does not need our money ????

    My friend send to sales@scriptcase.net about a month and no reply too...

        I too am in this boat. I really like scriptcase but I'm becoming worried about the ability to have issues addressed or even have the sales dept respond to a request to purchase support which I send 3 weeks ago. I started looking at alternatives today despite having most of my application almost done.

          My Support ends 6/30/2012 and upgrades are good till Sept 30 2012. I have used paid support a few times and is just terrible. I have emailed and left messages under chat wanting to extend my support license but no response yet. Very useful product but support is really needed here in the US. And if you have problems you basically on your own.

              This thread is eight months old so I'm wondering if things have improved. I have the same problem with the sales dept of the product I have been using for the past ten years and am trying scriptcase at the moment with a view to moving over. This thread makes me nervous.

              So, have things improved?

                Scriptcase is improving on support. But there are issues like language. SC is a Brazilian product and that causes often miscommunication. The English knowledge is sometimes limited to the Portuguese speaking people. But everybody here is willing to help you out on questions.
