    hello, my problem is that yesterday i send the ".req" file to get my activation file, because the "on-line" activation failed, well, then they said that my e-mail will be prioritized to a 24 hours response instead of the 48 hours because i explained that it's urgent, but they haven´t sent the file yet and my boss are very angry with me, how much time do i have to wait??

    Finally today they sent me a fabulous mail that said:

    [glow=red,2,300]Ocurriķ un error

    El archivo scriptcase.req que usted enviķ, es relativo a una licencia que fue registrada a otro equipo.

    Licencia : XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX[/glow]

    i wait 6 days for that!!!
