    I purchased sc7 in January of this year, am I eligible for a free upgrade to 8 or will I have to pay for the upgrade.

    As long as your licence is valid you can upgrade for free. So in your case, yes it is free.

      I am eligible, but not sure about how to upgrade!

      Is it a case of finding the V7 licence number and just installing V8 with that?

        I must be missing something....

        I have installed V8 and my subscription is current until October 2014. How do I get a Serial for V8?

        I have checked and it is not in my SC account but perhaps I have missed a step?

          No you have not missed anything.

          I am having the same problem also. I have raised a sales support ticket, and now waiting to see the response.

            The same for me. I got a email that I have paid etc..but no serial for V8 in my SC-account...

              Seems like there are some kind of bug on intranet.
              About Thursday, I had my V8 serial on my profile, but when I tried to got it last weekend for install, it disappeared. Some customers reported me same situation. As I mentioned, maybe some kind of bug, I reported to Marcia. We have to wait about 3 hours for them to start working.
