    Hello,

    Have you tried to deploy your system under your development environment? Did the issue occur?

    regards,

      development environment: MySQL version 5.5.32, php version 5.3.14
      web host environment: MySQL version 5.5.31, php version 5.3.26
      I think it relays to generated code problem, also exist on pdfReport, path still point to development folder, I find and correct it so it works fine
      /_lib/font/$ttffile='/Applications/NetMake/v7/wwwroot/scriptcase/app/FCP_estimate/_lib/font/wt002.ttf';
      As a Professional PHP Rapid Application Development Tool, thats your company's responsibility try to make sure it works on different browser, different php and mysql version and clearly listed it.
      Its impossible to deploy it exactly as development environment and I don't think environment cause these kinds of bug.
      I find that no matter client ask for support or report bugs, your support team always try to convince them to solve it themselves instead of provide solution.
      I never get a solution from your support team, I solve it by watched tutorial video and through forum, a great application really spoiled.

        Hello,

        I'm glad you were able to solve the issue. But don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to say that you - or your server - is what is causing the issue.

        My questions are based on years of experience working with SC. Asking you if you had tried to deploy under your development environment was to ensure - or at least try to - that the issue happened because of two things:

        1 - The problem occurs when the system is deployed (regardless of where you are deploying it, the problem will happen)
        2 - Something related to server configuration (which could be a PHP version, lack of files/folders permission, etc.)

        Thanks for your feedback!

        regards,
        Bernhard Bernsmann

              yes, i'm aware of this and already suggested it to the collegue managing the install of scriptcase. he told me that eAccelerator.dll is not even loaded overhere. no accompanying setting too. so, no cure there.
