      Hi Bernhard,

This issue was reported by me a few weeks ago. A good visible (english) and accessible bugtracker would be appreciated. That prevents double posting / work and the customer base can follow progress.

Are we really believing that they are tracking anything?

I know he has a snippet that says:
Issue reported to our bugs team.
          And
          Our support is available...

Yet we have another version released

              Hello,

We do have snippets for a "regular" bug message. But we also do have internal tools to keep track of bugs.

              Thanks!

Well for a company that produces web applications, not having a "application" available to the Paying Customers beta testing your product for you to find all the "undocumented" features seems...
                Ridiculous

mmm, this is getting nowhere. There's a lot to be said about the quality control of SC regarding (beta) testing, bugtracking etc. The issue is well known to SC Brazil. But AFAIK there are different opinions within the SC staff and management. But I must agree to the negative feelings regarding the Quality part. It has to come up to a (*far*) better standard than it is now.

                    Hello guys,

After a few tests our bugs team were unable to simulate the issue. All occurred well.

Could you send us an application with a sql dump (of any related table to that application) to bugs@scriptcase.net?

                    Thanks!
