        Hi! SC team. Thank with Service with Problem.

        The most use charset in Thailand is utf-8
        and ms sql server database use the most collation in thailand is thai_ci_as

        confirm...

            PHP does not support the Thai charset.

            charset = windows-874 - Thai (Windows)
