    Of course it can. Login as administrator in your script go to the menu.
    Under the help menu bar you will find Check Version and Update Version.

      "Update version" has never worked for me. I get this message ALL the time....

      Search for Available Updates

      Done.

        Just a look from the other side: I haven't got any problems as a lot of us don't have. Otherwise this forum would be loaded with issues. I recommend to look if there's some application running preventing the server to be reached. SC is using different ports and sites, and it might be that you have to put some site into your white list, remove from black list, look at firewall to allow SC to do their thing etc. I'm pretty convinced that this issue is not (only) related to SC. What I do agree about though is the lack of response of SC regarding this issue.

          A few of our brazilian users were having problem due to their antivirus (Avira).
