  • the new chart app

    hi guys, i created an app from the new chart app, it looks ok but i can't change the label "Records" which displays over the chart itself, there is no option for that at all, there i tried all available fields and options nothing like that at all

    any idea?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately is not possible change the name, because it a internal value of the chart.

    You can send a email to suggestion@scriptcase.net explaining the situation, and possibly have a chance to implementation in future releases/version.

      hi R.Alves, doesn't work, they don't "care", they usually answer after few months, that is only if they do. See the tons of requests, bugs, small to medium things, ideas, in the forums and see how the deal about it, i think they have a lot of more important things to do on the list and their list of priority is not known, nor voted as per the people who need it to have priority for fixing and improving things... read the bugs thread of sc8 and see how we discussed about the bug tracker and more

      even i think of this individual chart thing a "bug" as well because it keeps saying "Records" no way to change it, no way to hide it... only way i think is if you change the language file which will effect other places of SC

      many times other guys in the forums may notice a question that happened with them before and they did/know a workaround so they post it if they can and have time, so others can learn new "trick" to cover the limitation... and so on

          thank you carlos, another big issue is that update button ONLY for mobile doesn't work, no response! it is working on desktop but not on mobile, any urgent fix will be appreciated.

          moreover, if you can have a look here is a long one of many bugs by many users
