Project Dashboard

This is the Scriptcase home screen, displayed right after login. It displays the projects created in the tool that the user has access to. These projects are displayed in Gallery format, which is the default view.

Project access settings must be defined by the administrator user in the Settings > Administration menu.

Display Options

Through this button, you can change the project display between Gallery, the default view, and List.

Gallery

Default view when accessing Scriptcase for the first time. It displays the projects in cards with some basic information.

• Project image, this image can be changed in the project properties.
• Project Name, defined during creation.
• Number of applications in the version.

List

Displays the projects in a list with some additional details about the projects.

• Project image, this image can be changed in the project properties.
• Project - Project Name, defined during creation.
• Description - Brief description defined during project creation. This description can be changed in the Project Properties.
• Administrator - List of users with administrator permission in the project. This setting is defined in user management by accessing Settings > Administration.
• Created - Project creation date.
• Applications - Number of applications in the current version.

Search Field

This field allows you to filter the listed projects according to the information displayed on the screen. Therefore, changing the view between Gallery or List also changes how the field works, since the displayed information changes.

Floating Menu

This menu, accessed by clicking the button , groups some of the main project menu options, making access easier for the developer.

• Open Project - Opens the project on the home screen, where the project applications will be listed.
• Deploy - Opens the project and accesses the initial deployment screen.
• Generate Source Code - Opens the project and starts generating the source code of all project applications.
• Export Project - Opens the project and starts the export process.
• Properties - Opens the project and accesses the project properties page.
• Delete - Deletes the project and its versions, without needing to access it.

Create project

At the top of the search bar, the project creation buttons are positioned.

• Import sample project - Used to import a sample project distributed in Scriptcase. When clicked, it gives access to the list of sample projects.
• New Project - Used to create a project without applications, also known as a blank project.
