Database Tools

The database tools bring together complementary resources from the Database menu in Scriptcase.

These options help with importing data, creating and editing SQL commands, modeling database structures, viewing table relationships, and updating the database information used by the tool.

Use this section to access the documentation for each database tool available in Scriptcase:

• Import Access: imports information from Microsoft Access files. Access documentation.
• Import Excel: imports data from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Access documentation.
• Import CSV: imports data from CSV files. Access documentation.
• SQL Build: helps create and validate SQL commands. Access documentation.
• Database Build: allows you to create or change database structures. Access documentation.
• ER Diagram: displays the database structure through an entity-relationship diagram. Access documentation.
• Clear Cache: updates the database information stored in cache by Scriptcase.
