Form Export Settings
Google Sheets Settings
This feature uses Scriptcase integration with the Google Sheets API, allowing the creation and filling of an online spreadsheet.
Its use depends on the configuration of an API profile, which must be configured beforehand and can be accessed in the Tools > API menu.
See the configuration options below.
General Settings

To use this feature, you must configure a Google Sheets API Profile in the Tools > API menu.
-
API Profile - Defines the profile that will be used in the application. An API Profile stores the API credentials for use in projects and can be created in the Tools > API menu. If you have created a profile that is not being displayed, click the reload icon to update the field.
-
File name - Defines the name of the file where the data will be stored. This attribute only allows fixed text, without the use of variables or lang. If no file is identified on the server, a file with the name defined in this attribute will be created.
-
Fields - Defines the fields whose data will be sent to the server.

1 - Add and Remove
Select the desired fields and use the buttons to add or remove the fields from the integration.
2 - Sorting
Select the fields and define the saving order in the file.

-
Open PDF Directly - Defines whether the PDF will be opened directly after generation. When enabled, the file will be displayed automatically, without requiring a manual action to open it.
-
Print Background - Defines whether the background will be displayed in the PDF. When enabled, colors, images, or background styles configured in the application may be included in the generated file.
