Form with youtube Video

In this example will be developed a form that will use a field referencing Youtube videos.

Creating the Form application.

1. Create a new Form application based on the table Youtube.

2. In the application menu open the item Edit Fields.

3. Select "youtube" to the data type of the field "video". Use the settings of the other fields according to the image below:

6.Click on the button "Run application".
